1. Set Goals
2. Write Them Down.
3.Make an individual plan for each specific goal.
4. Write the specifics of each goal down also.
5. Designate time for individual specifics on your calandar and or planner.
6. Go for it.
7. Let nothing stop you from achieving and accomplishing your goals.



I am pretty sure, but I do not think I am the only woman-and there are probably some guys out there also-that seem to need a daily dose of chocolate. Kind of like taking a vitamin everyday. Make it dark chocolate and you won't feel so guilty. Thought for the day.
