Things I Dislike A-Z

Should keep me busy for awhile. I am only though with letter A on favorite things. And am now starting a series of A-Z on things I dislike. This comes because my thought are on the A item I want to put on my list: atheists. For one I do not get them at all. another is all they can do is circular reason every where. Many of them are extremely intelligent ,but pure stupid. They believe nothing brought forth everything.Whan you ask them to explain this they go into their circular reasoning all the time. I deal with them alot. They hate God. They say they do not believe in God or any supreme being, but if god is nothing. why are they so consumed with pretend? They put Christians to shame with the war they are fighting for the unreal "nothing."and the role they are consumed on "Him." Sometimes because of the anxiety I suffer I am careful not to read their replies until I am at a stable place since they are so consumed with hate and unreasonable in their responses. Though they are being hypocrites since they are doing what they rail at god for doing. They are their own god? Which is the conclusion you must draw since they claim to have the aswers. What is the biggist irritence of these nonsense people is that they will go on a Christian site and rail and whine about preaching at them. Where as if you go on their site and even hint you are of the enemies camp they will block your posts. Can I retch now?

In Honor of the letter- A -APPLE- A recipe

  • 1/2 cup walnuts halves
  • 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 lemon, zest finely grated
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large crisp apples, such as Gala
  • 2 ribs celery (with leaves), sliced into 1/2-inch-thick pieces (leaves chopped)
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 head Boston lettuce, trimmed, washed, and dried

Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.

Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool and break the nuts up into small pieces.

Whisk the yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, honey, and lemon zest in a large bowl and season generously with pepper.

Halve, core, and cut the apples into 3/4-inch pieces, leaving the skin intact. Add the apples, celery and raisins to the bowl, and sprinkle with the lemon juice; then toss with the dressing. Cover and refrigerate if not serving immediately.

When ready to serve, toss walnuts into the salad. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a large platter, or divide them among 4 salad plates. Place the salad on the lettuce and serve.

A-Z My favorite Things

Thought it would be fun to make a listing of favorite things from A- Z. For A: apples. My favorite fruit. are very versatile. Extremely healthy, have something in them that helps asthma(An A thing that is not my favorite)Can be baked into pies, crisps or smothered in peanut butter. Come in varieties from really sweet to sour. colors, red, golden, green. Great dipped in caramel or cream cheese dips. Cheap when in season and where I came from I used to live next to an orchard and could pick them straight off the tree fro free to make applesauce. I could go on and on from the applesauce perspective. There are so amany ways to use that sauce alone...
