

2food that were part of tn "no no" list for quite a few years have been vindicated:
1. Salt. After all ,Jesus said Salt was good. I believe him over the force health police.
2. Saturated fat: butter, whole milk, meat, eggs. After all the Lord had red meat and butter with Abraham. The law stated eggs were clean. Aland flowing with milk and honey in those days surely would have been raw whole milk with all the fat. The lord liked the fat in the sacrifices.
